I specialize in helping individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. I approach therapy with empathy, understanding and a non-judgmental attitude. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship and strive to create a safe and supportive environment where my clients can feel comfortable to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
I am trained in several different therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy. I also integrate elements of mindfulness and self-compassion into my practice, to help clients develop a greater understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
